243例小于胎龄儿病因构成探讨
小于胎龄儿(small for gestational age,SGA)是指出生体重低于同胎龄儿平均体重的第10百分位,或低于平均体重的2个标准差的新生儿,包括早产、足月、过期产小于胎龄儿.其中由于早产小于胎龄儿受早产和宫内生长发育迟缓双重不利因素的影响,各系统及脏器功能发育不够完善,是造成围生儿死亡的主要原因之一[1].本文通过对243例SGA的发病原因进行探讨,为科学加强围产期保健工作提供理论依据.

研究表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)与非小细胞肺癌的相关性
原发性肺癌是指由支气管粘膜上皮细胞恶变而来的恶性肿瘤.原发性肺癌又可大体上分为小细胞肺癌(Small Cell Lung Cancer,SCLC)和非小细胞肺癌(Non-small Cell Lung Cancer,NSCILC).非小细胞肺癌易由血道和(或)淋巴道播散,是全世界普遍的癌症之一.据估计,全世界每年约有17万新发病例[1].随着对肺癌发生、发展过程中分子生物学机制和癌基因突变的深入研究和认识,在非小细胞肺癌组织中发现了表皮生长因子受体(Epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR),现已成为研究NSCLC的热点.本文拟研究EGFR的表达与非小细胞肺癌的相关性.

睾丸旁促结缔组织增生性小圆细胞肿瘤一例
患者男,64岁.左侧阴囊内肿块伴阴囊渐进性肿大2年余,初次发现时无任何自觉症状,肿块约鸡蛋大小,而后缓慢逐渐增大,历经2年多时间,肿瘤体积增大2倍多,近半年来局部轻微胀痛,偶有刺痛感,无尿频、尿急、尿痛、肉眼血尿等泌尿系统症状,亦无畏寒发热、恶心呕吐、消瘦等全身表现.

小淋巴细胞性淋巴瘤与组织细胞肉瘤组合性肿瘤一例
患者,男,59岁.因发现左腋窝肿块4年,诊断淋巴瘤3个月于2007年9月27日入院.患者4年前无明显诱因发现左腋窝肿块,无全身症状.1年前肿块逐渐增大,同时右侧腋窝亦发现肿块于2007年6月在当地医院行左侧腋窝淋巴结清扫,术后病理诊断为"弥漫性小细胞性恶性淋巴瘤".

小肠梗阻的诊治现状
肠梗阻(intestinal obstruction)指肠内容物在肠道中通过受 阻,为常见的急腹症,由多种因素引起.小肠梗阻(small bowel obstruction)是临床常见的急腹症之一,占肠梗阻的60% ~80%.但因小肠长约5 m,游离于腹膜内,并被肠系膜束缚形成多个复 合肠襻,其病因的诊断和治疗方案的选择较为困难.引起小肠 梗阻的病因较多,大致集中在以下几个方面:(1)小肠黏连;(2) 肠道的良性及恶性肿瘤;(3)腹腔恶性肿瘤;(4)小肠疝形成.小肠梗阻的诊断主要依靠病史、体征及辅助检查.小肠梗阻的 治疗主要分为:(1)保守治疗;(2)手术治疗;(3)内镜下治疗.本文对小肠梗阻诊治进展加以综述,并就其新的发展方向作一 些探讨.

骨桥蛋白在颅内肿瘤侵袭及转移中的作用
骨桥蛋白(osteoponin,OPN)是一种分泌型磷酸化糖蛋白,是细胞基质蛋白小整合素结合配体N端联结糖蛋白(small integrin-binding ligand,N-linked glycoprotein,SIBLING)家族中的一员,在全身多种组织细胞中广泛表达.OPN与细胞外基质发生作用,作为信号转导分子涉及多种生物学功能,如细胞黏附、迁移、免疫反应、炎症反应、骨的钙化以及抗凋亡等.近年来研究发现,OPN在颅内肿瘤侵袭和转移的多个环节中起重要作用.

原发性胸部促纤维增生性小圆细胞肿瘤——5例报告及文献复习
促纤维增生性小圆细胞瘤(desmoplastic small round cell tumor,DSRCT)是一种罕见的高度恶性肿瘤,好发于青少年,绝大多数发生在腹部,极少原发于胸部,国内外仅有少数发生于肺的报道[1-2].1991年6月至2008年3月,我们共收治5例原发于胸部的DSRCT患者,现将其临床特点及诊治方法报告如下.

AIM To study the effects of heat exposure and swimming on membranous structure of the small intestinalepithelium and the biochemical indexes.METHODS The distribution of the intra-membranous particles (IMPs) in enteric epithelium of SD rats andthe number of IMPs were analyzed with freeze-etching technique and TxB2, PGFIa, PRL, CORT and totalSA (TSA) were measured with the techniques of biochemistry and radio-immunity.RESULTS Heat exposure markedly affected the distributive pattern of IMPs in intestinal epithelium andmade the numbers of IMPs on the PF and EF faces of cell membrane and nuclear membrane decreased.Swimming exacerbated the above changes. And in the meantime heat exposure resulted in the massivereleasing of the body-hurting substance as TxB2 and reducing of the body-protecting substance as PGFIa.TSA increased obviously. These changes recovered partly after heat exposure, but the number of IMPs onboth PF and EF faces and certain biochemical indexes were still not restored to the levels as in the controlgroup.CONCLUSION Heat exposure and swimming can make the cellular catabolism accelerated and anabolismreduced, then bring about the numbers of IMPs of intestinal epithelium membrane and nuclear membranedecreased, and the distribution was abnormal. TxB2, PGFIa, PRL, CORT and TSA were changedabnormally during heat exposure. And above indexes showed no notable evidence of recovery after stoppingheat exposure 4 hours-24 hours; the delayed injury was obviously presented.

The use of laser energy to weld biological tissues and produce sutureless anastomosis has its advantages over conventional silk-sutured anastomosis since it was reported in small vessels[1] and fallopian tubes[2], in the late 1970s. Since then, more investigators have welded a larger variety of tissues[3-13] and have expanded its application to welding trials of entertomies of rabbit and rat small intestine[14-17] Sauer et al[18] reported results from Nd: YAG laser in reconstruction of end-to-end welding in rabbit small intestine. Recently, controlled temperature during YAG and argon laser-assisted welding of entertomies of rabbit and rat was implemented to eliminate exponential increases in the rate of denaturation associated with rapidly increasing temperature[19,20]. Yet there was no report of sutureless end-to-end bowel anastomosis using low-power CO2 laser. This is a report of a circumferential end-to-end laser welding bowel anastomosis in rabbit by using 3 different CO2 laser powers to explore the feasibility of CO2 laser welding of a circumferential intestinal tissue and to determine the optimal laser-welding parameter. Then the appropriate CO2 laser power was chosen to weld bowels in rabbit and its long-term healing effect was evaluated.

高龄老年ANCA相关性小血管炎致肺损害1例
Case presentation A male patient,89 years old,was admitted to our hospital on January 11,2007 mainly due to "dry cough and nasal congestion for more than half month,and aggravation of the condition for one day".Half month ago,the patient began to suffer nasal congestion and paroxysmal dry cough with unknown cause,accompanied by headache,weakness,left facial pain,joints pain and decreased physical endurance.He had no symptom of hemoptysis,fever,chills,nausea,vomiting,chest pain or chest tightness.The patient visited hospital because of aggravation of the condition for one day.The physical examination revealed moist rales in the left lower lung field.Parameters of routine blood test were as follows:WBC 9.9×109/L,NE 75.5%,HGB 120g/L,PLT 270× 109/L.1 病历摘要患者男性,89岁,主因“干咳、鼻塞半月余,加重1天”于2007年1月11日人院.患者半月前无明显诱因出现鼻塞、阵发性干咳,伴头痛、乏力、左侧面部疼痛、全身关节疼痛,活动耐力下降.无咯血、发热、畏寒,无恶心、呕吐,无胸痛、胸闷.1天前症状加重,至我院门诊就诊.查体左肺底少量湿啰音.血常规:WBC 9.9×109/L,NE 75.5%,HGB120g/L,PLT 270×109/L.胸片:双肺纹理增多、紊乱,伴多发小结节状密度增高影,呈网状改变,以左下肺为重,略模糊,心外形饱满,提示双肺间质病变,左下肺感染.自发病以来,排尿如常,体重无变化.为进一步诊治收入院.

小而密低密度脂蛋白与动脉粥样硬化性相关疾病
动脉粥样硬化是一种由脂质代谢异常、血液凝固失调及与遗传、环境等因素有关的血管慢性炎症共同导致的疾病.多见于40岁及以上的中、老年人.研究结果表明,如果内皮细胞长期反复损伤,导致脂质不断沉积和平滑肌细胞持续性增生,经过一系列复杂的反应和恶性循环终形成动脉粥样硬化,低密度脂蛋白亚组分富含三酰甘油(TG)的小而密低密度脂蛋白(sdLDL)起了决定性的作用[1].因此sdLDL被称为致动脉粥样硬化脂蛋白,冠心病独立危险因子等[2,3].
