虽然亚洲药业集团(Asiapharm Group Limited,股票代码:ASPH)与亚洲私募基金安博凯(MBK Partners LP)收购案,自2月份宣布到截止期通过两次拖延延迟至5月24日,但5月25日,一度传出要退市的亚洲药业执行主席刘殿波还是向媒体宣布:"现在已经放弃了私有化收购","亚洲药业将仍然是一家上市公司".

单纯累及声带的喉真菌病外科治疗二例
2009年4至9月间我院对2例真菌性声带炎进行单纯外科手术治疗,获得良好临床效果,现报告如下.一、资料与方法两例均为女性,年龄37和63岁.例1声嘶半个月,自用含片两周,症状无好转.电子喉镜示:双侧声带充血,双侧声带前中1/3表面可见白色牙膏状团块附着,双侧声带运动可,闭合欠佳(图1),肝功肾功未见明显异常,无其他疾病史.

系统性硬化病诊断及治疗指南
1概述系统性硬化病(systemic sclerosis,SSc)是一种以皮肤变硬和增厚为主要特征的结缔组织病,女性多见,多数发病年龄在30~50岁.根据患者皮肤受累的情况将SSc分为5种亚型:①局限性皮肤型SSc(limited cutaneous SSc):皮肤增厚限于肘(膝)的远端,但可累及面部、颈部.②CREST综合征(CREST syndrome):局限性皮肤型SSc的一个亚型,表现为钙质沉着(calcinosis,C),雷诺现象(Raynaud's phenomenon,R),食管功能障碍(esophageal dysmotility,E),指端硬化(sclerodactylv,S)和毛细血管扩张(telangiectasia,T).③弥漫性皮肤型SSc (diffuse cutaneous SSc):除面部、肢体远端外,皮肤增厚还累及肢体近端和躯干.④无皮肤硬化的SSc(SSc sine scleroderma):无皮肤增厚的表现,但有雷诺现象、SSc特征性的内脏表现和血清学异常.⑤重叠综合征(overlap syndrome):弥漫或局限性皮肤型SSc与其他诊断明确的结缔组织病同时出现,包括系统性红斑狼疮、多发性肌炎/皮肌炎或类风湿关节炎.

在正视化反馈回路传入通路上的未知领域
It was found about 25 years ago that the retina can detect the position of the plane of best focus,averaged over time,and adjust axial eye growth to achieve and maintain the best match of photoreceptor and focal planes.This occured mainly independently and locally all over the visual field,and was limited by low pass filtering through optical aberrations,eye movements and mechanical and structural constraints.大约25年前研究者们发现视网膜可以感知佳聚焦面的位置,并且控制眼球的生长速度,使得光感受器细胞层与聚焦面达到佳匹配,并维持该状态.这一过程能够独立发生于视网膜的不同部分,但是该过程受光学像差、眼球运动、眼球的机械和结构方面的限制.基于已有的动物模型的研究结果,发现大脑能够识别出不同的视网膜离焦信号,学者们认为,视觉引导的正视化是一闭环反馈回路,这可能可以解释儿童屈光不正发生的机制,但是这一假说至今尚未得到证实.

根治性前列腺切除术是否需要同时行扩大盆腔淋巴结切除
根治性前列腺切除术是治疗早期前列腺癌患者的有效手段.通常认为,在根治性前列腺切除的同时应行盆腔淋巴结切除(pelvic lymphadenectomy,PLND),根据范围的不同PLND分为局限盆腔淋巴结切除术(limited PLND,lPLND)和扩大盆腔淋巴结切除术(extended PLND,ePLND).1PLND只需切除闭孔窝的淋巴结,而ePLND则需要切除髂动脉分叉以下的髂外、髂内以及闭孔淋巴结,甚至还包括骶前淋巴结.在临床实际工作中,根治性前列腺切除术是否需要同时行ePLND,目前尚存在诸多争议.

股直肌挛缩症
本文报告了两家医院的5例儿童股直肌挛缩症.本病是股四头肌挛缩症的一种特殊类型.其临床表现与治疗方法均与股四头肌挛缩症不同.本病的病变主要在股直肌.下蹲时屈膝无异常,仅在伸髋位屈膝时出现明显的屈膝障碍.治疗以股直肌近端松解为主.但如近端松解不能完全改善屈膝功能,则应同时做远端股四头肌腱成形术.疗效良好.

外展试验在诊断新生儿先天性髋脱位中的评价
目前,学者们几乎一致应用外展试验(Ortolani)在新生儿开展先天性髋脱位的检查,并认为它是该病诊断中的重要依据.我院应用外展试验对25,267名新生儿作了早期酱查,发现外展试验存在很多假阳性,因此,有必要对这试验在先天性髋脱位早期诊断中的评价作一些探讨.

Mitogenic and Anti-apoptotic Effects of Insulin in En-dometrial Cancer Cells Are Phosphatidylinositol 3-ki-nase/Akt Dependent
Background and objective Endometrial carcinoma is the most common gynecologic malignancy in the world. Although the insulin-resistant state or hyperinsulinemia was recently suggested as a potent risk factor for endometrial carcinogenesis and progression, there is only limited supporting evidence and the mechanism is unclear. In this study, we explored the roles of phosphatidylinositol 3-k/nase (PI3K)/Akt signaling pathway in the response of a human endometrial cancer cell line, Ishikawa3-H-12 cells, to insulin.Methods The Ishikawa 3-H-12 cells were serum-starved and then stimulated by insulin at various concentrations and for different time periods. To identify the insnlin-mediated signal pathway in the cells, LY294002, a selective inhibitor of PI3K, was used. The proliferation and the apoptotic rates were determined with methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) and flow cytometric assays, respectively.Results The insulin receptor positive Ishikawa 3-H-12 cells had enhanced proliferation upon insulin stimulation in a rinse-and time-dependent manner. The growth promoting effect of insulin was blocked when the cells were pre-incubated with LY294002 for 60 rains.Insulin was able to protect the cells from serum-starvation-induced apoptosis in a concentration-dependent manner, while the anti-apoptotic effects of insulin was reversed by adding LY294002. Treatment with insulin at 1 μM for 15 rain resulted in an increased level of activated Akt The insulin-induced Akt activation was inhibited by LY294002 in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion Insulin activates PI3K/Akt signaling pathway and is a mitogenic and anti-apoptotic agent for Ishikewa 3-H-12 endometrial cancer cells.
