Background Hyperhomocysteinemia (prevalent in rural northern China)is an emerging risk factor for arterial endothelial dysfunction in CAD, which can be improved with folic acid supplementation. Such homocysteine-lowerying dosage of folio acid ( < 1 mg/d ) can reduce restenosis after PTCA, but not the cardiovascular events.Folic acid has additional vascular protection in antixidation, NO synthase protection, angiogenesis-promotion and cytokines reduction.

RP-HPLC测定复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片中叶酸的含量
复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片为含叶酸和硫酸亚铁的复方制剂.叶酸为维生素B族生长因子,在体内参与氨基酸与核酸的合成,并与维生素B12共同促进红细胞的生长和成长.铁为血红蛋白及肌红蛋白的主要组成成分.临床上常服用叶酸和含铁制剂来治疗红细胞缺乏症.叶酸制剂中叶酸的测定方法在中国药典、美国药典及英国药典中均有收载,复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片的国家药品标准中,仅对铁的溶出及含量进行控制,未对叶酸的含量进行测定.复方叶酸制剂中叶酸的测定也有文献报道,但在硫酸亚铁存在下测定叶酸的含量未见报道.笔者采用热稀盐酸配制样品以排除硫酸亚铁对叶酸测定时的干扰.方法简单、快捷、灵敏度高、重复性好,能满足复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片中叶酸的含量测定.

1例口服益源生引起过敏反应的护理
我科于2005年12月12日收治1例混合性营养不良性贫血的病人.入院后给予补充造血原料叶酸、维生素B12等治疗.人院后第3天加用复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片(益源生)口服,病人头面部、四肢皮肤出现了大片风团伴瘙痒.停服益源生、抗过敏治疗,风团消失.现将病例介绍如下.

同型半胱氨酸、叶酸及维生素 B12水平与脑梗死发病的危险相关性
Objective To discuss the relationship of cerebral infarction with hyperhomocysteinemia and the relationship between hyperhomocysteinemia and folic acid and Vitamine B12.Method We measured the concentrations of homocysteine with FIPA(fluorescence polarization immunoassay)and Vitamin B12 and folic acid with chemiluminescent competitive immunoassay in 40 cerebral infarction patients and 30 healthy controls.Results The concentration of homocysteine in study group was higher than the controls' (P< 0.01).Serum folic acid level in study group was lower than that in control group (P< 0.05).There is negative correlation between plasma homocysteine and serum folic acid(P< 0.05). Conclusions Hyperhomocysteinemia is an independent risk factor of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.One reason of increased level of homocysteine in blood is that the deficiency of cofactors of enzymes involved in metabolism process.

叶酸(folic acid,1)是一种水溶性B族维生素,是机体细胞生长和繁殖必需物质,主要用于预防和治疗巨幼细胞贫血和慢性溶血性贫血所致的叶酸缺乏症.1原药在合成过程中需用三氯丙酮和甲醇、甲苯等有机溶剂,为了控制产品质量和保证用药安全,本研究采用毛细管GC法测定了1中上述物质的残留量,方法较为简便、灵敏、快捷.

舟山市小剂量叶酸预防孕妇贫血效果观察
贫血是孕妇常见疾病之一.常因妊娠,营养素的需要量增加,摄入相对不足,容易造成体内铁或叶酸等缺乏,而致贫血.众多的文献认为孕期贫血主要是铁元素的缺乏.在我国经济较发达的沿海地区,孕妇贫血是否还有其它营养素缺乏的原因,没有全面深入的研究.本文采用浙江省舟山群岛从1993年10月起,在孕前和孕早期的妇女中推广服用小剂量叶酸,预防胎儿神经管畸形,并同时进行围产期监测所获得的资料,对叶酸影响孕妇的贫血率和血红蛋白含量的情况进行分析探讨.

叶酸缺乏导致人类先天性异常的机制研究进展
叶酸是由喋啶核、对氨苯甲酸及谷氨酸3部分组成的一种维生素.叶酸在细胞生长、分化、修复和宿主防御等方面扮演重要角色,是DNA和 RNA合成过程中需要的重要物质.叶酸作为甲基供体在基因调控所需的甲基化过程中也起重要的作用,人类叶酸缺乏可导致许多先天性异常的发生率明显上升,如:神经管发育缺陷(NTD)、颌面部畸形(如唇腭裂)、先天性心脏病(CHD)(尤其是流出道畸形和室间隔缺损)、泌尿和消化系统畸形等异常[1].

The change of serum folic acid,homocysteine and its relationship with cognitive function in first episode schizophrenia
Objective To observe the change of serum folic acid,homocysteine (Hcy) and its relationship with cognitive function in first episode schizophrenia (SZ).Methods Forty-five patients with first episode schizophrenia treated in our hospital from March 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the observation group,and 50 healthy adults were selected as the control group.The serum level of folic acid,Hcy and cognitive function were observed in two groups.The correlation between them was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results The level of folic acid of the first episode SZ patients was significantly lower than that of the control group,while the Hcy level was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05);The scores of orientation,instantaneous memory,attention,word immediate memory and delayed recall of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05);The level of folic acid was positively correlated with orientation,instantaneous memory and attention and calculation,while the Hcy level was negatively correlated with the indexes mentioned above;the folic acid,homocysteine (Hcy) level had no obvious correlation with language ability,visual and spatial perception and word immediate memory.Conclusions The level of serum folic acid of the patients with first episode SZ are lower and the level of serum Hcy is higher,and the above indexes are closely related with some cognitive functions of the patients.
