颅脑伤患者血清IL-6、IL-8和NSE变化与预后关系
白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)和白细胞介素8(interleukin-8,IL-8)是血清中能测出的少数细胞因子,它不仅参与各种损伤局部炎性反应,而且在复杂的细胞因子网络中处于中心地位[1].神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron specific enolase,NSE)是烯醇酶的γγ同工酶,主要存在于大脑神经元和神经内分泌细胞内并参与糖酵解的特异性酶.血清NSE含量变化是检测脑中神经元损伤的客观指标[2-3].本实验应用双抗体夹心酶标免疫分析法测定血清IL-6和NSE水平,探讨炎性介质IL-6和IL-8及NSE与脑神经元损伤的相关性及临床意义.

Ganoderma lucidum is a traditional Chinese medicine, which has been shown to have both an-ti-oxidative and anti-inlfammatory effects, and noticeably decreases both the infarct area and neuronal apoptosis of the ischemic cortex. This study aimed to investigate the protective effects and mechanisms of pretreatment with ganoderma lucidum (by intragastric administration) in cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats. Our results showed that pretreatment with ganoder-ma lucidum for 3 and 7 days reduced neuronal loss in the hippocampus, diminished the content of malondialdehyde in the hippocampus and serum, decreased the levels of tumor necrosis fac-tor-αand interleukin-8 in the hippocampus, and increased the activity of superoxide dismutase in the hippocampus and serum. hTese results suggest that pretreatment with ganoderma lucidum was protective against cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury through its anti-oxidative and an-ti-inlfammatory actions.

精子脂质过氧化反应与致炎细胞因子
Aim:To investigate if interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8), interleukin-10 (IL-10), interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) or tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) are able to stimulate the level of lipid peroxidation of sperm membranes, either alone or in the presence of leukocytes. Methods: Semen samples from normozoospermic donors were prepared by density gradient. The sperms were exposed to the indicated cytokines, at physiological and infection-inflammation concentrations, in the absence or presence of leukocytes. Lipid peroxidation of the sperm membranes was determined by measuring malondialdehyde (MDA) and 4-hydroxialkenals (HAE) formation. Results: TNF-α, IL-8 and IFN-γ increased the level of sperm membrane lipid peroxidation when tested at physiological concentrations. At infectioninflammation concentrations, only IL-8 was able to produce a higher effect. When assayed in the presence of leucocytes,IL-8 and TNF-α showed a higher effect at infection-inflammation concentrations than at physiological concentrations.Finally, IL-8 showed a higher effect in the presence of leukocytes than in their absence at both physiological and infection-inflammation concentrations. TNF-α also showed a higher effect when assayed in the presence of leukocytes than in their absence, but only at infection-inflammation concentrations. There was no effect of IL-6 or IL- 10 in any of the tested conditions. Conclusion: Several pro-inflammatory cytokines at physiological concentrations increase the level of lipid peroxidation of sperm membranes, which could be important for the sperm fecundation process. However, infection-inflammation concentrations of some cytokines, such as IL-8 and TNF-α, either alone or in the presence of leukocytes, could drive the lipid peroxidation of the spermatozoa plasma membrane to levels that can affect the sperm fertility capacity.

阿维A对脓疱性银屑病患者外周血IL-8水平的影响
目的 探讨脓疱性银屑病患者经阿维A治疗前后外周血中白介素8(IL-8)水平的变化.方法 用双抗体夹心法(ELISA)检测患者治疗前、后外周血白介素(IL-8)的水平并与正常人进行比较,进一步评价IL-8与脓疱性银屑病病情的相关性.结果 阿维A在改善脓疱性银屑病患者病情的同时,外周血IL-8的水平(治疗前96.84±14.68 pg/ml,治疗后57.07±12.02 pg/ml)显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P均< 0.05).结论 阿维A下调IL-8水平可能是其治疗脓疱性银屑病的作用机制之一.

Objective:To determine the role of Interleukine-8 in the pathogenesis of endometriosis(EM).Methods:36 patients with endometriosis were selected as study group.20 patients without endometriosis served as control group. IL-8 concentration in peritoneal fluid(PF) and serum of both groups were detected by ELISA.The correlation between IL-8 concentration and the severity of EM were performed.The differences of IL-8 mRNA expression in eutopic endometrium of patients between with and without endometriosis, and the differences among different endometriotic lesions were further studied by Northern Blot;Cultured endometrial stromal cells(CESC) were divided into groups. IL-8 and anti-IL-8 were used to treat these cells.Results:(1)The PF and serum from patients with EM contained significantly greater amounts of IL-8 than those in controls. A significant correlation between PF IL-8 content and the severity of disease was noted but there were no evidences of a relationship between concentrations of serum IL-8 and PF IL-8.(2) It was showed that the expression density of IL-8 mRNA of Eu were significantly higher than that of En. Among the three different endometriotic lesions, the highest IL-8 mRNA expression density was found in RPL(red peritoneal lesion), while the lowest IL-8mRNA expression density was detected in ULN(uterosacral ligament module).(3) There was a dose-dependent stimulatory effect of IL-8 on the survival of ESC. At 1ng/ml, anti-IL-8 significantly inhibited the survival of endometrial cells.Conclusion:IL-8 may be one of the essential factors for the pathogenesis of endometriosis.

IL-8与牙髓炎的研究探讨
牙髓炎是一种以G-厌氧菌感染为主的炎性疾病.细菌在损害组织的同时,还释放各类毒性产物,如LPS等激发机体免疫系统,产生多种细胞因子,参与免疫炎性反应[1].白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-8, IL-8)是人们在牙髓组织中发现的一种重要的细胞因子,它能趋化中性粒白细胞(Polymorphonuclear leukocyte,PMN)、T淋巴细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞和单核细胞;并能诱导PMN上粘附分子的表达,引导它穿越血管内皮并介导炎症反应.因此IL-8在牙髓炎的病理过程中发挥重要作用.
