To observe the relationship between TCM Syndrome-type and insulin resistance (ISR) in coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: Fifty patients were divided into 3 groups according to the Syndrome Differentiation-typing in TCM, the Heart blood stasis (HBS) Syndrome group, the Phlegm-Turbid stagnation (PTS) Syndrome group and both Qi-Yin Deficiency (QYD) Syndrome group. The fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting blood insulin (Ins), insulin antibody (IAA), islet cell antibody (ICA), glutamic acid decarboxylase antibody (GAD-Ab) and related blood lipid parameters in patients were determined and insulin sensitive index (ISI) was calculated simultaneously. Then the above-mentioned data were compared with those determined in 20 healthy control subjects. Results: The levels of FBG and Ins in CHD group were higher than those in the healthy control group significantly (P<0.05), but ISI level was obviously lower (P<0.01). Moreover, the positive percentage of IAA (40%) was higher in CHD group than that in the control group (5%) significantly (P<0.01). Comparison between the 3 TCM Syndrome-type groups and the control group showed that ISI level in HBS and PTS group was obviously lower than that in the control and the QYD (P<0.05) respectively, and the IAA positive percentage in the former 2 groups (50%, 47.37%) was higher than that in the latter two (5%,P<0.01 and 15.38%, P<0.05) markedly. While Ins level increased only in the HBS group (P<0.05). Besides, patients of HBS and PTS Syndrome were accompanied by lipid metabolic disturbance. Conclusion: ISR presents in part of CHD patients particularly in those with HBS and PTS Syndrome, which was partly due to the existence of serum IAA in patients.

蜂胶在治疗血脂代谢异常的辅助作用体会
血脂异常是动脉粥样硬化冠心病发病的重要危险因素.临床资料90例高血脂患者分为治疗组A和对照组B;判断标准:按照血脂异常的常规判断标准;结果两组患者治疗后血TG、TC均显著下降(P<0.01),HDL-C明显升高(P<0.01),但两组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),两组治疗前后LDL-C无显著下降(P>0.05);结论用蜂胶加中药内服,对血脂紊乱病人的调脂作用明显,疗效与辛伐他汀相当.[关犍词]蜂胶;血脂代谢异常;辅助

人类载脂蛋白E(apo E)有三种主要异构体E2、E3、E4,是由三个等位基因编码,不同的apo E异构体受体结合活性不同,从而影响了脂蛋白的代谢,出现异常的脂蛋白血症.本实验研究探讨天津地区汉族人群apo E等位基因的频率分布及对血脂水平的影响,分析正常人与冠心病病人apo E基因分布频率的差异.

健康老年人晨练活动后的血脂变化
Objective To investigate mechanisms involving the effect of exercise on blood lipid in healthy elders.Method Healthy elders aged >60 years were included in study group,In control group,age,sex and body mathched persons were included.Blood lipid was evaluated for study group before and 3 months after morning exercise.Morning exercise consisted of walking with constant velocity(60~ 80 m/min) for 40~ 50 minutes,five times a week.Level of blood lipid in study group was compared with that of control group.Result TC,TG were significantly reduced and HE increased as compared with control group 3 months after exercise(P< 0.05).No changes occurred immediately and 20 hours after first exercise(P< 0.05).Conclusion Exercise can decrease TC,TG and raise HDL-C,which is beneficial to prevention of cerebrovascular and cardiovascular diseases in healthy elders.

血液稀释疗法改善高脂血症患者血脂血粘度观察
Background:Hemodilution therapy changes cellular ultrastructure and decreased serum concentration of various constitutes of patients with hyperlipemia through self-blood transfusion under ultraviolet radiation and infusion of oxgen. Objective:To investigate influence of hemodilution on hyperlipemia. Design:Level of Blood lipid before and after hemodilution was measured in 48 patients with hyperlipemia. Unit:Out-patient department, 251th Hospital of China People's Liberation Army. Subject:48 patients with hyperlipemia during 1999-2000,36 male,12 female(mean age:50.4± 5.9).Diagnostic creteria was as followed:(1)serum lipoprotein[(s)]≥ 300mg/L or (2)TG>=3.6mmol/L or (3)cholesterol≥ 6.28mmol/L.Patients with liver or renal disease were excluded from the study.

2型糖尿病合并高血压患者胰岛素低抗
Objective To study the relationship between insulin resistance and blood pressure and blood lipid in patients with type II diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.Methods The serum concentration of fasting glucose,insulin,lipids and the level of blood pressure were measured in 56 patients with type II diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.Results The insulin sensitivity index(ISI) decreased in patients with type II diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension compared with the patients with type II diabetes mellitus with normal blood pressure(P< 0.05).A negative correlation with hypertension was found between ISI and SBP,DBP,TG,ApoB in patients with type II diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between ISI and HDL in patients with type II diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin resistance presents in patients of type II diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.Insulin resistance is the major cause of hypertension and lipid metabolic disturbance in patients with type II diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.

胰岛素抵抗与血脂异常的代谢关系
胰岛素抵抗(Insulin Resistance,IR)是一种常见的病理生理现象,与脂质异常血症或脂蛋白异常血症的发生有密切关系.常见的血脂异常或脂蛋白异常是甘油三酯(TG),富含甘油三酯的脂蛋白(TRL),如极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL),中间密度脂蛋白(IDL)水平升高;低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平虽然升高不明显,但易形成体积小而密度高的B型LDL;高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平降低.而胰岛素抵抗与这些脂质和脂蛋白的异常的关系尚不完全清楚,但已知涉及到胰岛素抵抗时脂肪细胞代谢、脂蛋白代谢的有关酶活性、脂肪酸与葡萄糖代谢关系等方面的异常[1].
