In recent years, with the establishment of the theory of air passage inflammation concerning the pathologic mechanism of asthma, the glucocorticoid hormone (referred to hereafter only as hormone for short), a strong inflammation killer, has become a fundamental medication for treatment of asthma. However, long period of hormone administration will result in general side effects in the whole body as well as hormone dependence, which has now become a hard problem for physicians. Now a non-hormone medication of immunosuppressant has been chosen in western medicine to treat asthma as a replacement or partial replacement of hormone. Nevertheless, its therapeutic effect is not reliable and its side effects severe, hence hardly acceptable to patients. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) always adheres to the principle of holistic treatment and has a great advantage in the treatment of this disease. TCM doctors have made some trials and researches in this area and obtained some accomplishments. The following is a brief account of general researches on the treatment of asthma with TCM.

全身多发巨大神经纤维瘤病一例
患者女,54岁.发现全身弥漫性皮下肿块30余年,生长加速5年.因肿块明显长大,严重影响行走,于2007年11月30日入院.患者诉自幼面部皮下有少量结节,约米粒大小,30余年前妊娠时肿块增多增大,呈弥漫性生长,遍布全身,大小不等.30年来肿块缓慢增大,5年前肿块生长加速.患者无明显头痛、听力异常及腹痛,无黑便.家族中无类似疾病史.

多排CT在全身血管成像中的应用现状
自1972年Hunsfield发明的CT首次应用于人体检查以来,CT设备在30余年时间里经历了翻天覆地的变化.1988年单排螺旋CT成功应用于临床;1998年同时能进行4层图像采集的多层CT机问世;2001-2002年推出了16层采集的CT机,薄采集层厚达0.5 mm,每圈扫描采集时间为0.5s;2003年又推出了64层多排采集的CT机,每圈扫描采集时间可达0.33 s;紧接着又产生了128排、320排CT机,每圈扫描采集时间仅为0.27~0.3 s.可以说,多层螺旋CT代表着今后相当长一段时间内CT发展的方向.

缺氧缺血性脑病患儿的家庭康复护理1例报告
GENERAL DATAChild, male, aged two months. The patient was diagnosed having severeasphyxia and having no breathing and heartbeat when born. And thechild was diagnosed as hypoxic-isehemic encephalopathy, hydro-cephalus and gray syndrome through B ultrasonic wave and CT com-bined with kinds of biochemical examintations after emergency treat-ment in Department of Pediatrics of our hospital. The physical exami-nation showed weakness of left body, slight astrophy of left lower limbmuscle, head deviate leftly, increasing of muscular tension of rightlower limb, both ears having no response for voice and swelling ofsliverand spleen. Function of silver: the level of Bilirubin, indirectbilirubin and direct bilirubin all increased. The patient had poor nu-trition and became thin extremely. But because of some reason thechild was not recruited in hospital and only got regular fol-low-up. Rehabilitation treatment: (1)Support of family in psychology:The family was instructed to do exercises in order to find detailed re-actions of every facet in time such as aimling, head not deviating leftand left upper limb straight. So the family can enjoy the happiness ofrehabilitation. The family should be given enough encouragement, thenwill have enough confidence to overcome any difficulty in the course oftreatment. (2) The changes of patient should be observed carefullywhen hyperbaric oxygenation was given, which included shortness ofbreath, irritability and nasal blood et al. If the above changes oc-curred, the treatment stopped. (3) Physical therapy: Child was given atouching of whole body every day and the action should be performedgentally. Results: After two months of treatment gray syndrome wascured and sliver and spleen were restored normal. After five and a halfmonths, both ears had response for voice and hearing was restorednormal after six months. When aged two and a half years, the intelli-gence and motion of limhs reached normal range and the musculartension of limhs improved slightly. The recovery was satisfactory.

电针配合高压氧治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者50例
BACKGROUND:Motor obstacle of limbs directly resulted from hemiplegia after stroke seriously affect patients′ daily work and living.Conventional medicine treatment can improve the function of hemiplegic limbs at some degree, but more and more studies confirm that conventional acupuncture therapy is an effective method to improve motor function of limbs.By point stimulating channel system, acupuncture therapy can regulate qi and smooth channel system, thus regulate whole body to achieve the goal of curing hemiplegia. Acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can accelerate regeneration of cerebral cells, and promote the recovery of motor function of paralyzed limbs.

DWI-BS在35例体部恶性肿瘤诊断及分期中的价值
体部弥散加权像背景抑制成像(Diffusion Weighted Whole Body Imaging with Background Signal Suppression,DWIBS)是一种全新的体部功能成像技术,能从分子水平反应组织的病理学改变,具有早期诊断价值及能够在常规影像形态学发生肉眼可视的改变前探讨到病变及异常的特点[1,2].我们利用DWI-BS技术,对35例体部肿瘤患者进行检查,旨在探讨该技术的临床应用价值.

TOMOSC AN 305型全身CT机GC1板故障检修
GC1板,即高压mA补偿线路板,位于高压变压器上方,它具有高压电容电流抵偿及主电路波纹补偿的作用。经高压变乐器正负绕组及X线管的电流,由GC2、GC3板分流,与该板波纹补偿电路汇合,经A1、A2两个运算放大器的处理,输出波纹峰值不超过8 mV的直流电压至高压mA控制和mA测量电路,从而使预置mA与实际mA相等和mA的准确显示。当高压变压器有过流、过压时,特别是当高压电缆插头击穿,常导致该板A1、A2两个运算放大器损坏。
