肝移植围手术期肠内免疫营养对机体炎症细胞因子水平的影响

资料和方法1.病例资料:对2005年7月至2006年9月在北京朝阳医院接受同种异体原位肝移植术的病人进行筛选,筛除急性肝衰、再次肝移植和肠道功能障碍者.

Background:Osteoarthritis belongs to regressive diseases.A lot of inflammatory cells were observed in inflammatory tissues.Shipeite was the sodium hyaluronate extracted from cockscomn which is the main elements of artucykar cartilage and synovial fluid. Objective:To reduce pain caused by gonarthritis through shipeite injection of articular cavity and acupoint. Design:According to diagnosis criteria for osteoarthritis of American Rheumatology Association,181 patients with gonarthritis were included in our study. Unit:People's Hospital of Jiangxi.

Objective:The present study was designed to test the hypothesis that inflammation is involved in the end-organ damage(EOD) induced by sinoaortic denervation(SAD) in rats.Method:SAD was performed in male Sprague-Dawley rats at the age of 10 weeks.Under anaesthesia,aortic nerves were cut and the sinus region of the carotid artery was stripped and painted with 10% phenol.Pathological evaluation of EOD and the determination of plasma or tissue levels of the factors related to inflammation,including thromboxane B2(TXB2) interleukin-1(IL-1),tumour necrosis factor α(TNF-α) and reactive oxygen species(ROS) were performed at 16 weeks after SAD.Pathological evaluation of EOD included heart weigh ratio,myocardial and blood vessel hydroxyproline and collagen volume fraction,glomerular injury score and number of infiltrating inflammatory cells.Indomethacin(20 mg/kg per day,orally) or vitamin E(100 mg/kg per day,orally) was administered for 12 weeks,beginning from4 weeks after SAD,to observe their effects on SAD-induced EOD.Results:There were significant fibrosis and inflammatory infiltration in the myocardium and blood vessels,represented by higher hydroxyproline and collagen volume fraction,and a large amount of inflammatory cells in the tissues of SAD rats.Heart weight and kidney glomerular injury score were significantly higher in ed significantly after SAD.Indomethacin and vitamin E significantly decreased the contents of some factors related to inflammation in SAD rats.Both drugs also alleviated myocardial and vessel fibrosis,inflammatory infiltration and kidney damage.Conclusion:Inflammation is involved in the organ damage induced by SAD in rats.

外用茶油对变应性接触性皮炎发生的影响

目的 观察茶油对小鼠变应性接触性皮炎发生的影响.方法 建立二硝基氟苯致小鼠变应性接触性皮炎模型,外用药物进行治疗,观察发生皮炎的小鼠耳片的组织学变化(HE染色),RT-PCR检测组织中炎症细胞因子IL-2、IFN-γmRNA的表达水平.结果 成功建立二硝基氟苯致小鼠变应性接触性皮炎的动物模型,且皮肤中IL-2、IFN-γmRNA的表达显著增高.哈西奈德溶液组和茶油组的耳片组织肿胀明显减轻,炎症反应轻微,炎性细胞浸润数目少,组织病理变化轻.在茶油和哈西奈德溶液的干预下,炎性组织IL-2、IFN-γ的mRNA表达均不同程度下降.结论 茶油减轻二硝基氟苯致小鼠变应性接触性皮炎的病理损害,下调了炎症因子的表达.

AIM and METHODS: After the fine carbon fiber powder was injected into the right subdural space of the mice, dynamic observation was carried out on their movement and histopathological changes. RESULTS: 1-52 weeks after the injecting, no neurological changes concerning with the implanting of the carbon fiber powder were found in the experimental mice. The fine carbon fiber extensively located on the inter surface of the dura mater membrane of the right temporalis and the out surface of pie mater. Only slight inflammatory cells reaction was found under optical microscopes. The degree of inflammation reaction are Grade Ⅱ 1 week after injection and was Grade Ⅰ 2 weeks after injection, inflammation was disappeared 4 weeks after injection. No obvious fiber membrane was found around the implanted materials. No significant differences were found between the experimental and the control group.CONCLUSION: It was showed that the carbon fiber shares excellent histocompatibility after injected into the subdural space and subarechnoid cavity of the right temple of mice.

Eosinophilic ulcer of oral mucosa (EUOM) is a nonspecific clinical appeara nce, which appears to be frequently unrecognized or misdiagnosed usual ly as squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), especially in old patients. It i s a rare self-limited benign ulcerative disease, and it is characterized with t he infiltration of eosinophilic leukocytes mixed with other inflammatory cells, 1,2 such as th e mitotically active large mononuclear cells with round or ovoid pale nu cleus. This cell type, often interpreted as a histiocyte, confounds the histolog ic evaluation and occasionally leads to the erroneous diagnosis of lymphohistioc ytic malignant condition. Although it has assumed that trauma is an important et iologic factor, the exact pathogenesis remains unclear.3 The morbidity of this disease is low and there are few Chinese literatures about it,4 so it is n ecessary to pay more attention to it. In this article, 3 out of 5 cases of EU OM are misdiagnosed as SCC, and we will report the records in order to identify it from SCC well.
