  • 交互式教学法在带教护生护理查房中的应用

    交互式教学模型是一种以支架式教学思想为基础,以师生对话为背景构建的互动教学方式.交互式教学过程一般分为两个阶段:师生交互阶段和学生交互阶段.在交互式教学的开始,教师是教学的主导,要更多地、更具体地示范各种理解策略的使用,而随着教学的进行,教师便逐渐更多地引导学生来使用这些策略,随着学生学习水平的提高,教师逐渐提高要求,直到他们能独立地运用这策略.为了使护生对护理查房内容深刻理解,实现教学的佳效果,我们尝试将这种教学模式运用于临床护理查房带教中,效果满意.现报告如下.
