Duffy血型系统抗原研究进展
Duffy antigen is a membrane differentiation antigen CD234.It is the red blood cell membrane CC and CXC family of chemokines miscellaneous chemokine receptors,and erythrocyte chemokine receptor,also known as the Duffy antigen receptor for chemokines (DARC).It is a variety of inflammatory chemokine receptors,involved in infection,inflammation,cancer,rejection of the directional removal.DARC is a receptor for Plasmodium vivax,invasion of red blood cells and Duffy antigen / chemokine receptor (DARC) binding,and then subsequently invade red blood cells,and Fy (a-b-) phenotype of red blood cells,due to lack of DARC,against Plasmodium infection.
