VEL血型抗原研究进展
VEL antigen is a newly recognized system antigen of ISBT in 2014.It is the high frequency antigen in original "family" antigens.VEL antigens are expressed on the outer membrane segment of the glycoprotein peptide on the cell membrane.At present,the loci and exons of the antigen have been identified,as well as the molecular biological structure and the glycoprotein peptide sequence.The antigen system currently recognizes 2 antigens that can cause both transfusion hemolysis and hemolytic disease of the newborn (HDN).
