右室支闭塞致胸前导联ST段异常抬高1例
A middle-aged male with severe stenosis in right coronary artery presented precordial ST-segment elevation in the process of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Analyzing the PCI procedure,we found that this ST-segment elevation was induced by the right ventricular branch occlusion.By searching and reviewing relevant literature,we concluded that this was a rare and specific electrophysiology phenomena caused by PCI procedure.
