    Objective:To study Zn influence on NO synthase in rats’ sea-horse after different-time rest after sleep deprivation. Methods:Build SD model of rat by mini-platform-water-environment, indicate the exist-ence of positive structure of NOS by NADH-d, and count all the positive neurons. Results: Compared with CC group, R0h group, R4h group rise significantly(P<0. 01),R12h group decreases significantly(P<0. 01), the rest don’t differ significantly. R0h+Zn group and R4h+Zn group decrease significantly compared with R0h group and R4h group respectively(P<0. 01), R8h+Zn group doesn’t differ from R8h group, R12h+Zn group rises signifi-cantly compared with R12h group(P<0. 01). Conclusions: Zn resists change of activities of NOS after SD, pro-motes recovery of memory.
