手汗症内镜下微创治疗1例
1 CASE REPORTA 27-year-old man who suffered from severe palmar hyperhidrosis was eager to get rid of his disorder,but the matter of postoperative scar bothered him a lot.He turned to us for a "scarless" treatment.After a thorough discussion with the patient,a transumbilical-diaphragmatic endoscopic procedure which had been performed by others was adopted.Under general anesthesia,double-lumen intubation,a 5 mm incision was made 1.5cm below the umbilicus and a trocar was inserted.Following pneumoperitoneum,exclusion of abdominal adhesion was made by laparoscopy.The sympathectomy began with the left side.An ultrathin endoscope was inserted after the anesthetized patient was placed in a 20° reverse Trendelenburg position and tilted 30° to the right.
