Laboratory testing results provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,but pseudo test results caused by various factors may lead false disease evaluation and unnecessary therapeutic interventions.In clinical practice of hematological departments,pseudohyperkalemia,pesudohypoglycemia,pseudothrombocytopenia and pseudohypercalcaemia,pseuhypocalcaemia are not unusual.This article will give an overview of the mechanisms and preventive measures of them.
