Objective:to explore the lower amount of high-risk drug outside permeability caused by partial necrosis set of effective prevention and control measures. Methods:using the method of root analysis and action to correct infusion exosmosis 1 case of high-risk drug caused local necrosis case to conduct a comprehensive analysis,find the proximal reason and root cause factors,combined with actual situation formulation out flow chart of intravenous infusion extravasa-tion,matters needing attention,to guide subsequent processing method,its application in nursing patients with infusion. Results:in the process of the whole clini-cal intervention,patients with no discomfort,recovering well,smoothly discharged from hospital after intervention,to heal. Conclusions:normalize infusion extrava-sation prevention and extravasation post-processing guidance,strengthen the prevention nurses high -risk drug exosmosis education,strengthening the safety management in infusion,can prevent tissue necrosis happened to some extent.
