老年心肌梗死特点、并发症分析及康复对策
Objective In order to determine correct rehabilitation treatment,we analyze characteristics,complications of myocardial infarcti in elders.Method Regression analysis method was used to evaluate pathogenesis,complications and prognosis.After comparison with control group,rehabilitation treatment was determined.Result Risk factors such as hypertension,hyperlipemia,diabetes mellitus were more severe than control group.Compared with control group,hypertension was more apparent in study group.Incidence of untypical angina pectoris,complications such as cardiogenicshock,conduction block,cerebrovascular event of study group was higher than control group.So healthy education,exercise,heart scanning and use of drugs should be strengthened in elders.Conclusion Heart infarction of elders involved many risk factors,its clinical symptoms is untypical.Complications are more common.and mortality is high.So strengthening of healthy education,exercise is necessary.
