Abstract:

: 鱼腥草是鱼类养殖，特别是观赏鱼贸易中的一种紧急病原体。对这种病原体的生物学知之甚少; 然而，从系统中取出鱼并对水箱进行消毒后，感染和疾病爆发的复发表明其环境持久性。此外，E.piscisicarius 中的生物膜生活方式已被怀疑，但以前未显示。本研究的目的是研究丹毒丝菌属非生物表面生物膜的形成。我们使用羟基磷灰石涂层的塑料钉来证明 E 的附着、生长和持久性。在新鲜和海洋环境中的非生物表面，并研究这种病原体对水产养殖业中使用的不同消毒剂的敏感性。E.piscisicarius 形成的生物膜在 120 h 内持续时间显著长于浮游细胞在淡水和盐水中的持续时间 (P = 0.004)。生物膜对消毒剂的抵抗力也高于浮游细胞。过氧化氢是对刺梨最有效的消毒剂，在推荐浓度下可根除生物膜和浮游细胞。相比之下，Virkon 和漂白剂只能根除浮游细胞。在水产养殖系统、水族馆和私人收藏中开发生物安全协议时，应考虑这些信息。

Published by AFS under the guidance of the Society's Fish Health Section, the journal serves the international community of scientists and culturists concerned with the health of aquatic organisms. It carries research papers on the causes, effects, treatments, and prevention of diseases of marine and freshwater organisms, particularly fish and shellfish. In addition, it contains papers that describe biochemical and physiological investigations into fish health that relate to assessing the impacts of both environmental and pathogenic features. Available in print and electronic formats.
