Abstract:

: 幼儿肝肺包虫病是细粒棘球蚴感染的一种罕见和非典型表现。我们报道了首例由细粒棘球蚴微变异引起的囊型包虫病。在进行根治性手术前给予化疗和全身皮质激素。随访 24 个月以上未观察到复发。
