拉各斯子痫前期妇女的母体血清脂质: 一项病例对照研究。

Abstract:

目的: 探讨子痫前期患者血脂水平与子痫前期严重程度的关系。方法: 这是在尼日利亚拉各斯拉各斯大学教学医院进行的病例对照研究。一夜禁食后收集用于血脂估计的血样。使用国家胆固醇教育计划-成人治疗小组 (ATP) III 标准定义血脂异常。结果: 200 40 名妇女参与了研究。子痫前期和血压正常妇女的平均总胆固醇分别为 309.9 ± 10.4 mg/dl 和 237 ± 6.8 mg/dl。两组妇女的甘油三酯 (TG) 均高于正常水平 (203.3 ± 11.0 mg/dl vs 157.5 ± 7.1 mg/dl); 低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)-c (156.5 ± 11.0 mg/dl vs 109.7 ± 6.9 mg/dl); 高密度脂蛋白 (HDL) -c (63.2 ± 2.5 mg/dl 对 55.4 ± 1.8 mg/dl) 和极低密度脂蛋白 (VLDL) (39.5 ± 2.0 mg/dl vs 31.5 ± 1.4 mg/dl)。较少的先兆子痫妇女有孤立性高甘油三酯血症 (95 对 99%)。母体血清总胆固醇 (TC) 、 TG 、 LDL 为显著 (p
