Abstract:

背景/目的: 桂皮醛对胶质瘤的作用尚不清楚。我们旨在研究桂皮醛对替莫唑胺 (TMZ) 处理的胶质瘤细胞的活力和趋化因子受体 CXCR4 和 CXCR7 表达的影响。材料和方法: 用不同浓度的桂皮醛和 TMZ 处理 72 h 后，通过 western blotting 测定细胞活力和 CXCR4 和 CXCR7 的表达。结果: 300 μ m TMZ 、 50 μ m 肉桂醛、 75 μ m 肉桂醛、或用 300 μ m TMZ 加 50 μ m 或 75 μ m 肉桂醛联合处理比不处理后 (i.e.,没有 TMZ 或肉桂醛);300 μ m TMZ 加 75 μ m 肉桂醛而非 50 μ m 肉桂醛联合处理后，显著低于 300 μ m TMZ 单独处理。Western blotting 显示，单一处理或联合处理的 CXCR4 表达较低 (与未处理对照相比)。与 300 μ m TMZ 单独处理相比，300 μ m TMZ 加 50 μ m 肉桂醛或 75 μ m 肉桂醛联合处理均显著降低 CXCR4 表达。然而，CXCR7 表达在所有组中没有显著差异。结论: 桂皮醛与 TMZ 共同作用，可能通过降低 CXCR4 的表达而降低胶质瘤细胞活力。
