心血管代谢风险预防策略: 地中海国家之间分享经验的重要性

Abstract:

根据全球疾病负担研究 2017 、 2017 和 1990年，意大利心血管死亡比西欧减少得更多。在考虑危险因素时，我国在过去几十年中经历了高血压患病率的降低，尤其是女性。另一方面，意大利肥胖、腹部肥胖和高胆固醇血症的患病率呈上升趋势。同样，血液总胆固醇的控制并没有揭示有利的时间变化，久坐的生活方式仍然非常普遍，特别是在女性中。观察到长期暴露于经济危机和心血管疾病之间的负相关关系，心血管风险和社会经济状况之间的关联现在明显。因此，有必要将努力具体瞄准人口中最薄弱的部分，以便预防政策能够提供最大的利益。这项研究是 SIMI 与一些地中海国家 (突尼斯、阿尔及利亚、埃及) 的国家内科学会合作推广的一系列手稿的一部分。目标是强调与该地区代谢性疾病增长相关的健康需求。观察到的变化使地中海的两条海岸更加接近。现在是共同努力制定更有效的战略的时候了，以确定和到达对预防，特别是对生活方式变化仍然不太敏感的人口亚组。

Internal and Emergency Medicine is an independent, international journal devoted to all topics related to science and practice of internal and emergency medicine and designed for internists and emergency physicians. The Journal publishes Original articles, Review articles, Letters to the Editor, Editorials and Commentaries and it encourages letters of rebuttal and criticism of published articles. Internal and Emergency Medicine is divided into three sections, i.e., Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Clinical Evidence and Health Technology Assessment, with separate Editorial Boards.

    一篇临床回顾性研究，审稿效率很高，一个月就返回大修，审稿人有三个，有一个很专业，对统计方法都提出了自己的意见，学到了很多，限期两个月时间修回，一直修到还剩十天返回。返回十天不到接收，直接内部审核通过了，效率高！专业！
