晚期恶性肿瘤早期心理干预的疗效观察
Background: To the terminal stages of esophagus cancer without chance of surgery, radiotherapy has unsatisfactory effect either. It is difficult to swallow for the patients, of whom some even cannot eat anything and lose their weight gradually, and finally, lose the ability to take care of themselves. Even if their lives can be maintained, their life quality is very low. In order to alleviate dysphasia, we have carried out the chemotherapy schemes of CMP and DMB. Objective: By means of united chemotherapy, the following effects are expected: to reduce the focus, to improve the ability to take food, to recover from cachexia, and to reach the target of improving the patients' life quality. Design: Treat the terminal stages of esophagus cancer with united chemotherapy and evaluate the effect in time. Unit: PLA 323 Hospital.
