Abstract:

: 反复发作的孤立性睡眠麻痹可能非常令人不安，并引发焦虑。大多数患者可以通过认知和行为疗法进行保守治疗。然而，一些患者可能从药物干预中获益。由于现有证据不足，目前尚无针对复发性孤立性睡眠麻痹的标准化药物治疗建议。我们报道了前两例艾司西酞普兰用于成功治疗复发性孤立性睡眠麻痹。艾司西酞普兰，选择性最强的 5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂，通常改善主观睡眠质量，使其成为一个有吸引力的治疗选择。
