巴西东北部父系血统洲际起源的新见解。

Abstract:

背景: 目前的巴西人口是洲际创始集团之间几个世纪混合的产物。尽管之前的结果揭示了东北地区线粒体谱系的异质性分布，这是 16世纪期间外国定居者最有针对性的，但对这一特定人群的父系血统知之甚少。考虑到历史记录记录了不同欧洲人口在东北部的一系列领土入侵, 我们旨在描述巴西个体中发现的雄性谱系，以便发现这些迁移在多大程度上影响了当今的基因库。我们的方法包括采用 4 种分层多重检测方法，对来自巴西东北部几个州的 280 名无关男性的 Y 染色体非重组部分的 45 个独特事件多态性进行调查。 结果: 初级多重结果允许鉴定 6 个主要单倍群，其中 4 个筛选了下游 SNPs，并能够观察到 19 个额外的谱系。结果揭示了大多数西欧单倍群，其中 R1b-S116 * 是最常见的 (63.9%)，证实了伊比利亚种群殖民的历史记录。尽管如此，FST 遗传距离显示了巴西东北部和其他几个欧洲人群的相似性，表明定居者的多个起源。关于美国土著血统，我们的研究结果证实了对此类单倍群的强烈性偏见，仅代表 2.5% 的个体，与以往母系血统的结果高度对比。此外，我们记录了几个中东和非洲单倍群的存在，支持了该群体复杂的历史形成，并强调了其在巴西其他地区的独特性。 结论: 我们对巴西殖民时期形成最具活力的迁徙区的主要 Y 染色体谱系进行了全面分析。这一证据表明，自至少 500 年以来，欧洲、中东和非洲男性正在进入巴西东北部, 是这个群体当今遗传结构的重要原因。
