肺癌胸外科术后慢性术后疼痛的长期发生率: 一项为期 10 年的单中心回顾性研究。

Abstract:

背景: 胸外科手术后慢性术后疼痛 (CPSP) 的长期发生率尚未见报道。 方法: 我们回顾性分析了 4218 至 2007年因肺癌接受胸部手术的 2016 例连续患者的电子病历。我们评估了胸外科术后 CPSP 的长期发生率，间隔 3 个月，持续 36 个月。进行 Cox 比例风险回归分析，探讨胸外科术后 CPSP 的预测因素。 结果: 共有 3200 例患者纳入分析。其中，分别有 459 例 (14.3%) 和 558 例 (17.4%) 患者在术后 3 个月和 36 个月内被诊断为 CPSP。此外，CPSP 的发生率随着时间的推移而下降。此外，99 例 (3.1%) 患者在术后至少 6 个月初诊为 CPSP。女性 (HR 1.20，95% CI 1.00 ~ 1.43; p = 0.04) 、手术时间更长 (HR 1.11，95% CI 1.03 ~ 1.20; p
