Abstract:

简介: 姜黄素是姜黄中重要的生物活性化合物，以其抗炎、抗癌、抗菌、抗寄生虫和抗氧化等生物活性而闻名。由于姜黄素在水中溶解度差、降解快、生物利用度低，其使用受到限制。这个问题可以通过使用纳米姜黄素来解决，纳米姜黄素可溶于水并增强其对抗各种微生物病原体和寄生虫的活性。涵盖的领域: 我们已经回顾了姜黄素，姜黄素纳米颗粒及其对各种病原微生物 (抗真菌，抗病毒和抗原生动物) 和寄生虫的活性，因为姜黄素已经表现出广谱抗菌活性。它还抑制了包括铜绿假单胞菌在内的各种细菌形成生物膜。由于其光激发作用，姜黄素的抗菌活性在光辐射存在下可以增加。此外，已经发现姜黄素纳米颗粒的活性在与抗生素联合使用时增强。最后，我们讨论了姜黄素的毒性和安全性问题。专家意见: 由于许多微生物病原体对抗生素产生了耐药性，姜黄素与不同纳米颗粒的组合将证明是对它们治疗的福音。而且，姜黄素和姜黄素负载的纳米颗粒也可以用于对抗各种寄生虫。
