Abstract:

: 阿片类药物的确切纤毛抑制作用没有直接证据，阿片类药物通常用于与其他麻醉药物联合实现全身麻醉。这些是我们分析麻醉药 (丙泊酚、舒芬太尼和咪达唑仑) 直接浓度依赖性或全身效应的原因在体外实验条件下，以推荐剂量单独或同时给予气管纤毛搏动频率 (CBF)。采用毛刷活检技术去除豚鼠气管上皮，用于高速摄像机监测的纤毛跳动的显微镜评估，并通过纤毛分析软件进行分析。舒芬太尼 (10-8 mol/L) 组气管 CBF 明显低于对照组; 同样对于咪达唑仑-舒芬太尼 (10-8-10-5 mol/L)，以及咪达唑仑-丙泊酚 (10-5 和 10-3 mol/L) 组合。同时给予苯二氮卓类药物可显著增加舒芬太尼诱导的纤毛抑制的风险，这一事实使用 GABAA 受体拮抗剂，甲碘化物荷包牡丹碱得到药理学证实。丙泊酚对苯二氮卓类-阿片类药物联合实现的强效纤毛抑制作用的益处不显著。我们强调了实验条件下通过 GABAA 受体介导的麻醉药物之间的药效学相互作用对呼吸上皮 CBF 的负面影响，而不是个体麻醉剂的作用。
