醋酸钠通过抑制尼罗罗非鱼 (尼罗罗非鱼) MAPK 和 NF-κ b 信号通路减轻高碳水化合物诱导的肠道炎症。

Abstract:

: 随着养殖业的发展，利用高碳水化合物日粮激发蛋白节约效应，降低饲料成本。然而，鱼类利用碳水化合物的情况一般较差，相反，饮食中碳水化合物的高水平会影响鱼类的生长状况。如何缓解高碳水化合物饮食对鱼类健康的副作用越来越受到人们的关注。在本研究中，尼罗罗非鱼 (尼罗罗非鱼) 用 25% 和 45% 的碳水化合物饲料喂养八周。45% 碳水化合物饮食组体重较高，但对病原体的抵抗力较低。高碳水化合物组炎症因子表达水平较高，总 NF-κ b 蛋白和磷酸化 NF-κ b 蛋白 (p-NF-κ b) 表达增加。测定了短链脂肪酸 (SCFAs) 的浓度，结果表明高碳水化合物饮食降低了肠道中乙酸盐的含量。为了检测高碳水化合物组中乙酸盐浓度降低与病原菌抵抗力降低之间的关系，45% 碳水化合物日粮 (HC) 添加不同浓度的醋酸钠 (HC + LA，100 mmol/L; HC + MA，200 mmol/L; HC + HA，400 mmol/L)被用来饲养尼罗罗非鱼八周。结果表明，添加 200 mmol/L 醋酸钠 (HC + MA) 可降低嗜水气单胞菌对鱼的死亡率。此外，我们还发现加入 200 mmol/L 醋酸钠主要抑制 p38 丝裂原活化蛋白激酶 (p38MAPK) 和 NF-κ b 磷酸化降低肠道炎症细胞因子 (IL-8 、 IL-12 、 TNF-α 和 il-1 β) 的表达水平。本研究表明一定浓度的醋酸钠主要通过抑制 MAPK 活化和 NF-κ b 磷酸化来减轻高糖诱导的肠道炎症。
