Abstract:

: 背景: 在临床经验中，不经常检查人工耳蜗 (CI) 图谱的患者听觉表现较差，对随时间推移的图谱变异的接受度较差。目的:本研究的目的是评价 CI 地图优化对一组具有长期地图的 CI 患者的言语感知和主观听力的影响。材料和方法: 14 例患者 (6 例女性，8 例男性; 年龄范围 16-77 岁，平均年龄 45.86 ± 23.85 岁) 符合单侧 CI(耳蜗有限公司，澳大利亚悉尼) 和至少 12 个月不变的地图进行了评估。使用逐步适应的映射方法重新映射所有 CIs。用新旧地图评价噪声和主观听觉知觉中的言语辨别 (SSQ 问卷)。结果: 电极水平与新旧 map 的差异对 T 和 C-水平均有显著差异 (p 〈 0.05)。
