Abstract:

: 缝隙连接蛋白表达不稳定的现象仍然是不同恶性程度星形细胞肿瘤的 “名片”。同时，星形细胞肿瘤中连接蛋白阳性表达检测到的内容仍不清楚: 细胞溶胶中的缝隙连接、半通道或连接蛋白。在目前的工作中，我们首次证明了一种罕见的原发性脑肿瘤多形性黄色瘤星形细胞瘤中缝隙连接的超微结构证据, 其细胞间特征的研究很少，仍然是非常有争议和争议的。根据组织病理学分析，对 1 例 57 岁的多形性黄色星形细胞瘤 ⅱ 级患者行开颅手术切除原发肿瘤肿块。免疫组织化学研究采用一抗: 神经丝、髓鞘碱性蛋白、胶质纤维酸性蛋白和突触素。对于电子显微镜检查，将肿瘤组织碎片固定在戊二醛中，后固定在 1% OsO4 中，脱水并嵌入树脂中。经过详细的临床、组织学和免疫组织化学研究，我们揭示了肿瘤的一些超微结构特征，以及肿瘤细胞之间通过缝隙连接直接连接的第一个证据。规则排列的缝隙连接将黄星形胶质细胞的胞体与含有脂滴的深色细胞质连接起来。除了在细胞体之间的定位外，在肿瘤细胞间隙的黄色瘤星形细胞瘤分支之间还发现了从一个到几个缝隙连接，与肿瘤细胞非常接近。我们的结果可能表明缝隙连接是多形性黄色星形细胞瘤细胞间通讯的可能结构。
