父母有计划剖腹产后早期出院的经历: 一项定性解释性研究。

Abstract:

目的: 丹麦的出生率正在增加，剖腹产的出生率已经增加到 20% 以上。因此，产科部门面临压力，需要确定新的解决方案来优化产科护理系统，其中可以考虑提前出院。本研究的目的是探讨父母对计划剖腹产后产后护理的体验，重点关注支持或阻碍早期出院的因素。设计: 选择了一种解释性、解释学的方法，使用对经产妇及其伴侣的定性访谈。使用主题分析进行数据分析。参与者和地点: 从丹麦两个以医院为基础的产科病房招募了 12 名女性和伴侣。纳入标准为计划剖腹产单胎妊娠 (胎龄在 37 + 0-41 + 6 周之间) 的低危丹麦语多次生育妇女。父母 7 套于 28 h 前出院，5 套于 48 h 后出院。发现: 三个主要主题被确定为出院时间的重要 :( 1) 康复设置 (2) 对住院时间的看法，以及 (3) 准备和个人计划。所有的父母都重视医院的安全和支持性环境，但是一些人更喜欢提前出院，因为他们在家庭环境中感觉更舒适，并且希望作为一个家庭和所有的兄弟姐妹在一起。在考虑适当的出院时间时，主要问题是疼痛是可控的，母乳喂养是成功开始的，出院后可以获得专业支持。最后，提前出院需要准备和计划，父母强调知道除非他们觉得准备好了，否则他们不会出院的重要性。结论和实践启示: 观察到父母收到的护理包与他们对最佳出院时间的看法之间有明确的联系。根据我们的研究结果，如果在剖腹产的产前计划中考虑到个人情况，很可能会有很大一部分父母会接受并对提前出院充满信心。
