Abstract:

目的: 本研究旨在探讨乳腺癌 (BC) 患者之间的差异。在不同的癌症阶段和治疗阶段，根据未满足的支持性护理需求，以及预测影响此类患者未满足需求的关键因素。材料和方法: 通过收集台湾中部一家癌症中心的病例咨询和服务记录的数据进行回顾性研究。从病例咨询和服务记录中提取的信息包括患者年龄、治疗阶段、癌症分期和未满足需求领域。结果与结论: 共招募 1129 例 BC 患者。在对 BC 患者健康信息需求影响的关键因素预测中，治疗患者,那些接受随访的人被发现比新诊断为 BC 的患者有明显更低的健康信息需求。治疗和随访患者的患者护理需求明显低于新诊断的 BC 患者。II 、 III 和 IV 期 BC 患者的营养需求显著低于 I 期患者。接受治疗的患者和接受随访的患者营养需求明显低于新诊断的 BC 患者。复发和临终关怀患者的心理社会需求明显高于初诊 BC 患者。因此，癌症患者未满足的需求因年龄、癌症分期和治疗阶段而异。医护人员为解决患者未满足的需求而提供的适当和准时的量身定制的支持可以减少此类患者未满足的支持性护理需求，并提高他们所提供的医疗护理服务的质量。最终，患者的整体生活质量可以得到改善。关键词: 乳腺癌，未满足的支持性护理需求，生活质量
