Abstract:

: 恶性胸腔积液常见，并引起呼吸困难等致残症状。治疗是姑息性的，以改善症状和生活质量为中心，但最佳的管理策略尚未得到普遍认可。一种新型泵系统，允许液体从胸膜腔移动到膀胱，可能对复发性恶性胸腔积液的管理有一定作用。我们在此描述使用该装置的第一个动物研究和在患者中首次应用的结果。

    去年底投稿过，三天后就建议微调实验方法再投，速度太快了。今年改好再投，在cover letter里附上之前编辑意见，第二天就外审，投稿三周给了很多意见，非常细致，修回两周就接收了。

    审稿时间： 1个月内

    11月底投稿，1月8号大修，3月5号修回，3月底接收，虽然中间经历了圣诞节和元旦假期，审稿速度很快了。审稿有三个人，有一个统计学编辑会指出统计方面的问题，审稿人的意见都很专业，编辑也nice，效率非常高！
