长期注射十一酸睾酮治疗性腺功能减退症男性可缓解勃起功能障碍，降低主要不良心血管事件、前列腺癌和死亡率的风险。

Abstract:

目的: 勃起功能障碍 (ED) 、性腺功能减退、心血管疾病和 2 型糖尿病之间的关系有很好的文献记载，但长期数据有限。本研究的目的是探讨长期睾酮治疗 (TTh) 联合十一酸睾酮治疗男性性腺功能减退症和 ED 的效果。患者和方法: 采用国际勃起功能指数-勃起功能域对 805 例不同程度 ED 的性腺功能减退男性进行观察性、前瞻性登记。393 例患者接受了 TTh，例患者作为对照，观察期长达 12 年。结果: TTh 导致 ED 大量持续减少;直到第 9 年，勃起功能的改善连续一年都很显著。在 12 年的随访期间，伴随着心脏代谢危险因素和排尿功能的改善。中/重度 ED 患者 TTh 的获益强于无/轻度 ED 患者。与未治疗的男性相比，TTh 男性的前列腺癌发生率、主要不良心血管事件和死亡率显著较低。结论: 长达 12 年的长期 TTh 可减轻 ED，改善心脏代谢危险因素，降低前列腺癌。患者必须在 TTh 上持续较长时间，才能实现 TTh 的最大获益。
