Abstract:

问题: 我们旨在调查自然妊娠 (SG) 后和体外受精 (IVF) 后流产患者复发性流产 (RM) 的主要原因。 研究方法: 采用前瞻性病例对照研究。符合条件的患者是妊娠不到 12 周、 SG 后连续两次流产或 IVF 后连续两次流产的女性。所有患者均进行以下评价: 流产材料的核型分析、同种免疫和自身免疫标记物检测以及获得性和遗传性易栓标记物检测。 结果: 共有 58 例患者符合条件: 32 例 SG 后 RM 患者和 26 例 IVF 后 RM 患者。与 RM 相关的因素有遗传 (29%) 、免疫 (14%) 、血栓形成 (21%) 、血栓形成和免疫 (24%)，只有 12% 的病例是特发性的。比较两个研究组 (SG 和 IVF)，所有研究因素相似，除了在 SG 组中观察到较高的 ANA 阳性率 (SG 30.4% vs IVF 5.3%, OR 8.6 (CI 1.1-21.1，P 0.048)。 结论: 我们的研究在 86% 的病例中确定了与复发性流产相关的可能因素，这些因素在自然妊娠和 IVF 后复发性流产患者中似乎相似。本研究表明，采用整倍体胚胎移植的 PGT-A IVF 可减少高达 29% 的流产，但即使在体外受精的患者中也需要研究其他因素。

    研一投的第一篇SCI，是生殖医学meta分析。一月底投的，和编辑联系也是绞尽脑汁，不过三个审稿人给的意见都挺中肯，小修后就接收了。1月中旬投稿，4月初接收。

    审稿时间： 3个月内

    今年5月份投稿的，8月份修回，有一个审稿人给了很仔细的意见，另外一个表示文章设计理解偏差了，保持中立。结果半个月后，其中一个审稿人彻底推翻自己的观点。到10月15日就回信拒绝了，花了5个月时间，出尔反尔真的不想再投这本杂志了。
